1. About the service
Hirely Agency provides a recruitment platform connecting job seekers with agency-managed blue-collar employment opportunities in Kenya. The platform allows you to create an account, complete a profile, upload private identity and professional documents, submit an account verification payment, apply for jobs and receive status notifications.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud, impersonation or abuse.
4. Private documents and verification
As part of verification you may be asked to upload a National ID, CV, academic certificates, good-conduct certificates and payment screenshots. These are stored privately and used to verify your identity, qualifications and payment. You confirm that any documents you upload are genuine and belong to you. Submitting false or fraudulent documents is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.
5. Account verification payment
Account verification may require a one-time payment, the amount of which is displayed to you at the time of payment. Payment proof is reviewed by our team before your account becomes verified. The payment is for account verification and platform administration. Refunds are handled at our discretion and in line with applicable law.
6. Using the platform
You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent information or documents;
- attempt to access another user's account or private documents;
- attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the platform;
- use the platform for any unlawful purpose;
- harass, threaten or defame other users or staff.
7. Applications
Applications you submit are reviewed by our team. Submission of an application does not guarantee employment or an interview. We reserve the right to reject or close applications and jobs in line with our review process.
8. No guarantee of employment
We use reasonable efforts to maintain genuine opportunities, but we do not guarantee that any job will remain open, that you will be shortlisted, or that you will be offered employment. Job details are provided by employers and reviewed by our team where indicated.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hirely Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support and requesting deletion, subject to our data retention obligations.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts, unless otherwise required by law.
